    EDF sent an engineer who could not get the IHD to pair. He said he would rebook but it has been 6 weeks and no contact. The meter is installed but my readings are not transmitting.

    I have called EDF three times. First call: they said wait 6 weeks for the network to register the meter. Second call (week 7): they said they would escalate. Third call: back to square one, the agent had no notes from previous calls.

    The meter itself works — I can see my usage on the display — but my online account still shows estimated readings and I cannot see half-hourly data. Anyone know how to escalate this properly or get the meter registered on the DCC network?
